My fiancé and I just spent 2 months at this location for work.. It is a great place to stay. Clean rooms, friendly staff and the food is great. If you’re in the area for work I highly recommend checking them out!!
Rooms were clean and furniture was in good shape. Food was fairly good
Service has been excellent and above expectations. From the moment of check in at the front desk to the cafeteria food quality being excellent and the cafeteria employees being so professional and courteous I am extremely impressed by this location. All employees from the front desk to the cafeteria to even the general manager has been professional courteous and went above and beyond I will definitely be staying here again.
I've been here 2.5 months. I don't rotate, I only go home to Houston for short periods of time. Food is okay. It's gone down quite a bit from when I spent time in Camp Wapasu in Canada several years ago. The staff and overall service has been outstanding. Update: As always, the people here are great. No complaints at all. However, you really need to do something about the food and / or the cooks. I have been made sick at least twice since my initial review. In fact, I don't even eat it anymore....at all. I have spoken with several other people who have gotten sick lately as well, which makes me wonder how many might have and did not realize it's the food. You need to do something about this.
Customer service was 5 star, Matt had all the answers and got me in my broom asap. Location is good, room are super clean and no mildo smell.
Nice sized rooms, private bathroom, great facility with lots of amenities (theater, gym, basketball court, etc) Food is excellent, cooked to order or you can choose from the daily menu, real chefs with impressive food options and multiple drink stations. The kitchen staff is super friendly and accommodating. This is the best ‘man camp‘ I’ve stayed at, by far.
All the amenities of home away from home. The staff is courteous, polite and always ready and willing to help. Food is great, made fresh and plenty of variety to choose from. Rooms are cozy, clean and spacious. Very comfortable. I honestly look forward to my return.
Stayed here for a couple weeks, the food is pretty good. (Especially because free is for me) rooms are awesome. I was missing soap/shampoo in my room as it was torn off the wall, not even sure it was supposed to be there, but the location down the road had it last time I was there. Rooms are very nice, appliances (microwave, tv, and fridge) worked great. I do wish they serviced the rooms a bit more thoroughly, but I really have enjoyed my time here.
